Internews Celebrates International Women's Day

Across the globe, women journalists and media professionals work, many times under difficult circumstances, to advance women's rights and increase their participation in the political process.

Internews makes a committed effort to ensure that women are well-represented in its journalism training programs and media projects, and has a number of media development programs specifically for women.
